Refund/Exchange policy

Every Arlo Ryleigh piece is made to order — designed in-house and printed on quality third-party garments you already know and love. Because each item is created just for you, we don’t keep stock or offer returns for change of mind, size, or color selection. Please refer to our size guides and product details before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right.

Simply contact us (support@arloryleigh.com) within 30 days of delivery with your order name, order number, and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — whichever works best for you. No need to send it back.

Please ensure that any refunds/exchanges is made within this timeframe, as refunds/exchanges will not be accepted beyond 30 days.
